| Got a streaking problem? Here’s what you should do. |

Make sure the toner cartridge is not the problem |
| • |
Try the toner cartridge in a comparable printer and print a few pages. |
| • |
If the "streak" follows the toner cartridge, then replacing the cartridge will solve the problem. |
| • |
Or try cleaning the surface of the drum on the toner cartridge by using a dry, lint free cloth to wipe away the toner buildup. |
| • |
If there is no visible toner build–up on the cartridge, then it's time to call a service engineer for a thorough cleaning and diagnosis of the problem. |
