You can click on any of your locations or the primary location. You can track the historical data from the date we began service.
You can choose to see all locations or a single location. You can choose a range of dates or a single date. You can even choose to look at just opened, just closed, just cancelled, or all requests. You can see what appointments are set or you can choose to look at historical invoices. By clicking on “all locations” from your main site, you will get a listing of all printer service requests from all of your locations, filtered by the parameters you have chosen.
Clicking on the hyperlink Req ID will show you the entire invoice detail. You can see what printer service the technician performed, the dates these services were performed, and the parts used on this request. All the data, all the time, at your fingertips.
